The library director, Dagmara Budek, while managing the library, is responsible for its proper functioning, fulfilling the tasks arising from the statute, proper management of assets, and rational use of financial resources. Additionally, the director represents the library both within the university and outside of it. The library director is also the editor-in-chief of the journal "Biuletyn informacyjny PUM".

The deputy, Edyta Rogowska, is responsible for teaching, manages the databases subscribed to by PUM, is in charge of promoting the library and its online resources, and is the chief editor of the website. She also carries out tasks assigned by the director. She substitutes for Ms. Dagmara Budek during her absence."

 

secretariat

Independent clerk provides administrative and economic services for the library secretariat, among others s/he receipts and sends correspondence, issues an invoices for library services, arranges the transport of library materials to the PMU clinics and orders materials for the library.
