Announcement 1
On Monday, September 16th, after the end of the meeting (around 4:30 PM), we will
go as a group to the Marine Science Center (about a 20-minute walk). The visit
to the Center and the show at the Planetarium will take place in three groups.
The groups will be divided on-site. Non-Polish speakers will have the option to
use headphones at the Planetarium (available in either English or German).
Announcement 2
The working group meeting for “Research Data” will take place on Tuesday, September 17th, from 11:50 AM to 12:50 PM in the “Aquarium” Room on the 1st floor. The person responsible for this meeting is Tomasz Nowocień (PUM).
The working group meeting for “Systematic Review” will be held on Tuesday, September 17th, from 11:50 AM to 12:50 PM in Room A on the ground floor. The person responsible for this meeting is Agata Majewska (PUM).
At the same time, those not participating in the working group meetings are invited to talk with the sponsors.
Announcement 3
The poster session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 17th, from 12:50 PM to 2:00 PM. We ask all authors to prepare a 5-minute presentation of their poster.

On Tuesday, September 17th, after the end of the meeting (around 5:30 PM), we will go as a group to visit the Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin (about a 15-minute walk).
The Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin, designed by the Barcelona-based architectural studio Barozzi/Veiga, was opened in 2014. The building’s design, which resembles the shape of an iceberg, has won numerous awards and nominations in international architectural competitions.
After the tour (about 45 minutes), we invite you to dinner at the Spiżarnia Szczecińska restaurant (about a 1-minute walk).
Announcement 5
During the breaks, we invite you to view the painting of Franciszek Starowieyski titled “Chaos Before the Catastrophe in the Presence of the Egg of Eternity.” This painting was created as part of the “live drawing” series, also known as the Drawing Theater. The work was produced in Chicago during the 22nd edition of Starowieyski’s Drawing Theater. The piece, located at PUM, is a gift from Prof. Piotr Chomczyński (Doctor honoris causa of PUM). It can be admired in the lobby of the Department of the History of Medicine on the 3rd floor of the rectorate building.
