The fee does not include the cost of accommodation. In the event of cancellation of participation in the conference, the Participant is obliged to immediately inform the Organiser about it by sending appropriate information to the following address: konferencja.bg@pum.edu.pl.

The participant who cancels participation in the conference before 15th July 2024 will receive refund of the fee (bank charges are not refundable). Cancellation of participation in the conference reported after 15th July 2024 will result in non-refund of the fee paid by the participant.
